Terms of Service

Effective 6 July 2026. These terms govern your use of Kalo Chasma, a marketplace operated by Eachut Pvt Ltd, Nepal, connecting you with independent optical centers.

The marketplace

• Products are sold by optical centers ("businesses"), not by Eachut Pvt Ltd. Each order is a contract between you and that business.
• You pay each business directly. A cart spanning multiple businesses becomes separate orders — one per business.
• Each business handles its own delivery, warranties, and after-sales service. Kalo Chasma provides the platform, support ticketing, and dispute assistance in good faith.

Accounts & guests

You may browse and buy as a guest; a session ID keeps your cart and bookings. Creating an account links that data to your email. You are responsible for the accuracy of the delivery and contact details you provide.

Eye-care disclaimer

Content in this app is informational only and is not medical advice. Eye exams, prescriptions, and clinical decisions are made by qualified practitioners at optical centers. If you experience sudden vision loss, eye injury, or severe pain, seek emergency medical care immediately.

Prescriptions

Orders containing prescription lenses or contact lenses enter a "Prescription Review" state and are processed only after the business verifies your prescription.

Reviews

Reviews require a verified purchase and are moderated before publication. Do not post personal data, medical details of others, or unlawful content.

Coupons & promotions

Coupons are issued by the platform or by businesses, carry stated conditions, and may be withdrawn in case of abuse.

Business sellers (summary)

Optical centers join by application and Super Admin approval, pay a fixed monthly subscription, keep 100% of product revenue, and must fulfill orders honestly and lawfully. Full seller terms are provided during onboarding.

Payments policy

Online payments run through eSewa and Stripe (currently in test mode: no real money moves). Appointments are paid at the store. Payment confirmations are verified server-side; an order is confirmed only after provider verification.

Liability & law

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eachut Pvt Ltd is not liable for indirect damages arising from transactions between you and businesses. These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.
