End User License Agreement

Effective 6 July 2026. This agreement covers the Kalo Chasma application (Android, iOS, web, macOS) by Eachut Pvt Ltd.

License

You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal shopping and eye-care booking.

You may not

• Reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app.
• Use the app to harvest data, spam businesses, or place fraudulent orders.
• Upload unlawful content or another person's medical data without authority.

Camera & content

Vision Mirror uses your camera locally on your device. Snapshots are saved or shared only when you explicitly choose to. You own the content you upload (prescriptions, attachments, review photos) and grant us the limited license needed to operate the service.

Updates & termination

We may update the app and these terms; material changes require re-acceptance. We may suspend accounts that violate this agreement. You may stop using the app at any time and request account deletion.

Warranty

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation, to the extent permitted by law.
