Shipping & Delivery Policy

How delivery works

Kalo Chasma orders are delivered directly by the optical center you bought from. There is no central warehouse — your frames come from the people who will also adjust and service them.

• Delivery fees and free-delivery thresholds are set by each optical center and shown at checkout.
• Typical same-city delivery is 1–3 days; prescription lenses add lab time (usually 2–7 days depending on the lens).
• The business may add a tracking number or link to your order; you'll see it under Orders and receive a notification.
• Delivery is currently available within Nepal only.

Appointments & services

Eye exams and services happen at the optical center — nothing ships. Appointment payment is at the store.

Delays

If an order is late, contact the business via a support ticket from the order page. We monitor unresolved tickets.
