Yes. Pahelo Aunthi supports conversions between ISO, US/Canada/Mexico, UK/NZ/Australia, East Asia, India, and Europe sizing standards using the built-in conversion table and calculator.

Does the app work offline?

Core ring sizing and conversion features work without an internet connection. Online features such as product inquiries require an active internet connection.

How do I inquire about a ring?

Browse engagement or wedding rings in the app, select a product, and submit an inquiry with your name, phone number, and details. Our team will contact you after your request is received.

How do I share my ring size?

After calculating your size, tap the share button on the Home screen to send your results via your device's share options (Messages, WhatsApp, email, etc.).

Which platforms are supported?

Pahelo Aunthi is available on iOS, Android, macOS, and Web.

Troubleshooting

• App not loading fonts or styles: Check your internet connection and restart the app.
• Inquiry not sending: Ensure you are connected to the internet and all required fields are filled in.
• Request history missing: History is stored locally on your device. Clearing app data may remove saved requests.
• App crashes or freezes: Update to the latest version from the App Store or Play Store, then restart your device.
