My Sparrow SMS — Support

My Sparrow SMS is a third-party SMS client developed by Eachut. It lets you send messages through the Sparrow SMS gateway if you already have a valid API token from the official provider.

Eachut does not sell SMS credits or API tokens. Purchases, billing, and account plans are handled by Sparrow SMS.

API tokens and billing

Buy or manage tokens: sparrowsms.com
Use your token in the app: open Profile and enter the API token you received from Sparrow SMS.
Send SMS: on the home screen, enter sender ID, recipient number, and message.

Common topics

Invalid token: confirm the token is active with Sparrow SMS.
Delivery issues: check sender ID, recipient number, and account balance with Sparrow SMS.
App crashes or errors: email admin@eachut.com with steps to reproduce.
