Email support@eachut.comHow do I import a route?
In Google Maps, plan your route or open a place, tap Share, and pick DashNav — or copy the link, open DashNav, go to Routes, and tap the paste button. Tapping DashNav in the share sheet stores the link and shows a confirmation; open the app to finish the import (iOS does not allow a share extension to launch its app).
How do I connect to my bike?
Turn on the motorcycle’s ignition so the TFT is awake, open DashNav, and tap the motorcycle card on the home screen. The first time, confirm the pairing prompt on the dashboard. After that it reconnects on its own.
How do I start guidance?
Tap any saved route or place on the home screen, or a route in the Routes list. Guidance starts and mirrors on your dashboard. Save Home and Work as places to ride there in one tap.
The dashboard says “No dash” / won’t connect.
Guidance stops when I lock the phone.
Set location access to Always in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → DashNav. “While Using” can be suspended in the background; “Always” keeps guidance running with the screen off.
A route imported with a strange name like “P84J CH4 …”.
That prefix is a Google Plus Code. Newer imports strip it automatically; for an older route, open its menu in the Routes list and choose Rename.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Downloading a new route needs a connection, but once a route is saved it navigates fully offline — ideal for areas with poor coverage.
I paid, but a new phone shows it as locked.
Open DashNav, go to Routes, and tap Restore purchase. Your unlock is tied to your Apple ID.
Which bikes and phones are supported?
DashNav is for KTM motorcycles with a Gen3 TFT dashboard, on iPhone running iOS 26 or later. It is not for bikes without a Gen3 TFT, non-KTM bikes, Android, CarPlay, or Apple Watch.
Anything else — bugs, feature ideas, refunds — email support@eachut.com and include your iPhone model and iOS version if it’s a technical issue.
DashNav is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by KTM AG. “KTM” is used only to describe hardware compatibility.
